James is the principal of Marina Acquisitions. With a background in real estate and international business, including extensive experience in Japan and Asia, he is building the company to acquire and operate independent marinas across the East Coast.

OPERATIONS & GROWTH ADVISOR

Eric Bradley has spent more than twenty-five years building and running marinas across fifteen states and seventy marinas, leading capital improvement programs exceeding fifteen million dollars. Eric opened National Harbor Marina, oversaw operations for the Jerome J. Parks portfolio, and served as Vice President of Operations at Oasis Marinas - now Alliance Marine- where Oasis grew into one of the largest marina operators on the East Coast. Eric served as president of the Marine Trades Association of Maryland, and currently provides strategic advisory services to the marine industry through his firm, Waypoint Marina Consulting.

TECHNICAL ADVISOR

Jamie Hart has spent more than forty years managing, developing, and funding marinas and waterfront facilities across Florida. He ran a 190 slip mega-yacht marina for the City of Fort Lauderdale. He has designed and implemented floating dock systems, seawall rehabilitation, electrical service upgrades, and dredging operations, and drafted RFPs for major marina infrastructure projects. Hart is a certified marina manager. His technical advisory capability covers floating dock systems, bulkhead construction, boat launching facilities, dredging operations, and long-term maintenance of marine infrastructure.
